日本Multiloop Edgewise Archwire（MEAW）研究会会則
[名称]
本
会の名称を「日本Multiloop Edgewise
Archwire（MEAW）研究会」とする。なお、略称を「日本MEAW研究会」とする。本会の英文名は「THE MEAW TECHNIC AND
RESEACH FOUNDATION IN JAPAN」とする。
[会員]
l．入会資格
本会員は、本会の目的に賛同し、所定の手続きを経たうえ理事会において入会を承認された者とする。
2．会員の義務、権利
会員は、別に定める入会金および年会費を前納しなければならない。また、会の活動に積極的に参加しなければならない。会員は、総会に出席して意見を述べることができる。
3．賛助会員
賛助会員は、本会の目的の達成に助力しようとする個人または団体で、理事会において承認された者とする。
4．退会
会員は、次の各号の一つに該当する場合には本会を退会する。
(1) 会の名誉を著しく傷つけた時
(2) 2年以上にわたって年会費を滞納し、度々の督促にも拘わらず支払わない時
(3) 本人が退会を希望した時。
[顧問]
会の運営に対する相談役として顧問を設ける。顧問は、理事会において推挙し、会長が就任を依頼する。
[理事会]
1．本会を運営するために次の理事を定め理事会を構成する。
会長（1名）：会を代表し、会を総括する。
副会長（1名）：会長を補佐し、会長に事故がある場合には、会長の職を代行する。
事務局長（1名）：本会の事務一般を行う。
理事（若干名）：上記三役と共に会の運営について審議し、決定する。
なお、三役以外の理事の職務は、次のとおりとする。Kimファンド（1名）、編集（1名）、会計（1名） 、学術（1名）、広報（1名）、渉外（1名）、記録（1名）。
事務局は原則として事務局長の居住地に設置する。また、事務局長は補佐をおくことができる。
2．理事会は理事の過半数（委任状を含む）の出席をもって成立し、審議事項は出席理事の過半数の賛成をもって決定する。
3．理事会は会長が招集し、議長は理事の中よりその都度選出する。
4．理事の任期を2年とし、重任を妨げない。
[監事]
1．監事は2名とし、理事会に随時出席して意見を述べることができる。
[会則の変更]
本会則を変更する場合には総会において過半数の承認を得ることを必要とする。
[付則]
1．当分の間、本会の入会金および年会費を次の通りとする。
入会金：10,000円
年会費：10,000円
賛助会員 入会金：10,000円
年会費：20,000円
2．本会の会計年度は、毎年1月1日に始まり、12月31日に終わる。本会は、その他運営に必要な事項を内規として別に定める。
(施行期日）
1．本会則は平成3年10月24日をもって発効する。
2．本会則は平成14年9月29日に改正し、同日から施行する。
